GlassHive is built for your sales team to improve qualified leads and close more deals. Two of the main features that make this happen are individual emails and marketing emails. Check out how these features work and the different ways they can be used.

Individual Emails

There are two kinds of "individual emails": 1-to-1 emails and bulk emails.

What are bulk emails?

Bulk emails are a way to send up to 100 emails to multiple contacts at one time. This saves your salespeople time and increases efficiency because it takes out the manual labor of communicating with prospects. These types of emails are best used for reaching out to multiple clients to alert them of an outage or your holiday hours.

These emails should not be used for marketing purposes as they do not follow CAN SPAM act requirements.

What are 1-to-1 emails?

1-to-1 emails are great for personalized follow ups with leads. These are best used for Qualified Leads that have expressed interest in your marketing and want to learn more. You will need to have set up either the M365 integration or the Gmail integration to utilize this feature most effectively.

Marketing Emails

Marketing emails subscribe to CAN SPAM act requirements and are perfect for reaching out to prospects and warm leads who have yet to entered into 1-on-1 conversations with your sales team. There are 3 types of Marketing Emails: Campaigns, Marketing Plans and Journeys.

What are campaigns?

Campaigns are the main form of Marketing emails. Both Marketing Plans and Journeys use campaigns in a robust way to assist your team with their prospect outreach.

What are Marketing Plans?

Marketing Plans simplify campaign management by allowing you to schedule and automate a series of campaigns in one place. Whether you’re organizing by timeframe or topic, this feature helps keep your marketing initiatives structured and easy to oversee. You can learn more about Marketing Plans via the button below.

What are journeys?

Journeys are an interactive way to send out campaigns. They are an automation that assists your sales team with prospect follow up based on their reactions to previously received emails. This feature allows your sales team to know how their leads are interacting with different content. For example, a salesperson will know if a lead opened and interacted with an email because GlassHive records this data. You’re then able to better qualify leads based on this real-time knowledge. You can learn more about journeys at the link below.
