This article covers the partners page of the vendor instance.

The Partners section within your Vendor Marketplace allows you to manage and monitor all the partners who have joined your vendor ecosystem. From here, you can gain insight into individual partner accounts, track their performance, and review their engagement with your platform.

How to Access the Partners Tool:

  • Navigate to the "Partners" section in the Vendor Marketplace.

  • Here, you will see a list of all partners linked to your vendor marketplace.

Key Features and Metrics

  • Partner Accounts Overview: View individual partner accounts and their corresponding data, including:

    • Number of active users within their organization.

    • Total contacts they are managing.

    • Number of lists they’ve uploaded into Glass Hive.

    • Campaigns pushed to their end users.

    • Assigned users for each partner.

  • Onboarding Status:

    • Check the integration status with DKIM and Office 365 to determine how far along partners are in the onboarding process.

    • See whether these integrations have been fully set up.

  • Partner Status & Billing:

    • View the current billing amount for each partner.

    • Check how many partner resources are available to them.

    • Track the status of the partner program (Accepted, Pending, or Rejected).

  • Account & Usage Information:

    • Date the partner account was created.

    • Setup progress and the last time they logged into Glass Hive.

    • Average daily sessions of partner users on the platform.

    • Sales activity data can be tracked here as well.

  • Custom Fields:

    • Utilize custom fields to capture additional information that may be unique to your needs.

Accessing Partner Accounts:

  • By selecting an individual partner account, you can access detailed insights into their portal, including the partnership acceptance date, sales activity, and session usage data. This feature allows you to dive deeper into each partner's engagement and progress within your vendor marketplace.
