How to Access the Partner Qualified Leads Tool

  1. Navigate to the "Qualified Leads" section within your vendor account.

  2. Here, you’ll be able to view a summary of all qualified leads generated by your partners.

Key Features and Metrics

  • Lead Overview:
You can access details about individual qualified leads generated by your partners, including:

    • Partner Information: See the specific partner who qualified the lead and their organization details, such as the number of employees.

    • Contact Details: View the contact’s title, email, phone number, address, and the date they were last contacted.

    • Sales Activity: Track the latest sales activity associated with the contact, including social media interactions and any assigned users or salespeople managing the lead.

  • Pipeline Status:
The tool also shows the contact's status within your sales pipeline, indicating at which stage they are in the sales process.

  • Temperature and Score:

    • Score: The score is a cumulative measure of the lead’s engagement, determined by actions like clicking on call-to-actions (CTAs) and submitting forms. Each CTA click adds 1 point, while form submissions add 5 points.

    • Temperature: This represents the lead's engagement level over the last 30 days. Leads are categorized as:

      • Cold Lead: A score of 0, represented by a snowflake icon.

      • Warm Lead: A score of 1-4 within the past 30 days, indicated by a sunshine icon.

      • Hot Lead: A score of 5 or more within the last 30 days, marked by a fire icon.

This tool allows you to quickly assess the activity and engagement of qualified leads, enabling you to prioritize and follow up on the most promising opportunities.
