Setting individual sales quotas motivates performance, measures success, and aligns efforts with business goals. They promote accountability and help identify growth opportunities for both sales reps and the organization.
To set up sales quotas select "Account" in the bottom left of your screen then "Account Settings"
From here select "Company" then from the company screen select "Individual Quotas"

Once the quotas dashboard has been opened hover over the designated salesperson and select "Edit".
This will open a pop-out window where you can edit and set monetary as well as activity goals.
These quotas will show up under the individual's sales dashboard found under the "Sales" tab then select "Sales Team"
