An individual's Sales Dashboard provides a personalized, real-time overview of their sales performance, activities, and progress. It acts as a central hub for managing tasks, tracking deals, and accessing key metrics like revenue and lead status. By organizing contacts, follow-ups, and daily priorities in one place, the dashboard empowers sales professionals to stay focused, make informed decisions, and drive better results.
To access a salesperson's dashboard select the "Sales" tab from the nav bar then select "Sales Team".
From this screen, you will see a list of all salespeople within the account as well as all associated details.
Select a salesperson to access their individual sales dashboard.
This dashboard will be an overview of how the salesperson is performing through the month and will cover the following:
Total Aggregate Data:
This section shows how many qualified leads are assigned, the total number of open opportunities, the average sale cycle, and lifetime revenue won.
Monthly Revenue Quotas:
This section shows the salesperson's progress in meeting their revenue quotas.
Activity Quotas:
This section shows the salesperson's progress in meeting their activity quotas.
Conversion Rates:
This section measures the effectiveness of a salesperson in turning initial contacts or opportunities into closed deals.
Current Work:
This section shows all the opportunities the salesperson is actively working on.
Tasks:
This section shows all tasks currently assigned to the salesperson.
