Click on the "Sales" Category and then "Opportunities"
Opportunities Dashboard
(Revenue Forecasting/Pipeline View)
You will see the opportunities dashboard where you will get an overview of all the revenue in your account and where it sits in your sales pipeline.
You will see possible monthly revenue if all opportunities were close, total revenue in the pipeline, and how much you have won in the last 90 days. The dashboard also shows total number of opportunities opened in the last 90 days, how many of those are in progress, won and lost.
Towards the bottom of the page you will see the "Average Time Spent in Each Stage" which will show how long an opportunity is spending in each stage of the sales cycle before closing.
All Opportunities
To view all opportunities inside of your account select the "All Opportunities" tab.
This view will show all open opportunities within the account. From this view you can sort and view opportunities based upon date open, date closed, stage, sales person, type, days open, and amounts.
Sales Pipeline
To view the sales pipeline select the "Sales Pipeline" tab.
This view will show a Kamban view of all opportunities within the account separated by what stage of an opportunity they are in. You will able to see the total value of revenue in each stage as well as the weighted win percentage and proposed revenue generated.
From this view you can sort and view opportunities based upon date open, date closed, stage, sales person, type, days open, and amounts.
You can also drag and drop each opportunity through your sales stages.
