What a Company is and how it's used in GlassHive.

A Company record includes all the Contacts that are assigned to it, as well as other details that can help you quickly determine if leads and Opportunities can be generated from those Contacts. Here are a few of the fields for a Company:

  • Company Info

  • Company Vertical

  • Contacts that are part of the company

  • Opportunities 

  • Client Solutions Roadmap

Overview

  • Think of this as the homepage of a company's profile. Here, you’ll get a high-level snapshot of the company within GlassHive, including the number of associated contact records and any open or won opportunities. You can also view marketing analytics for the most recently engaged campaigns, as well as the campaigns with the highest interaction levels. This provides valuable insights into what the company is engaging with overall.

Activities

  • You can see all the activities your sales team has logged under the various contacts associated with the company

Details

  • You can see the details for the selected company here such as the address, phone number, and website.

Contacts

  • As implied, you can see the contacts within your GlassHive account associated with a selected company.

Opportunities

  • Here you can see the opportunities associated with the company.

Files

  • Under this tab, you can upload and view any company files that are relevant.

Solutions Roadmap

  • This tab shows the solutions roadmap for the selected company. This tab shows what services you are selling to clients as well as what services you are not selling clients in order to show how much revenue is left untouched from unsold services.
