GlassHive's VoIP feature is an ongoing release. Phases 1 and 2 are now out!
You can now make outbound calls to US phone numbers and the app will create a transcript as well as an AI Summary of the call.

Set Up Your GlassHive account for Outbound VoIP Calling
Click the "Calls" tab on the the toolbar located on the left hand side.
Click "My Numbers". You'll be taken to your "My Profile" page where you can add a new number by clicking "Add Number". Read the instructions in the flyout window then click "Add Phone Number" to proceed to the next step.
Here you can give a nickname to the number you will be adding and add the number. Be sure to choose the correct country code from the dropdown list.
Click "Send Verification Call". You will receive a call from an automated service. Dial the code shown once prompted on the phone call.
Once entered and the call completed, you should get this confirmation page. Congratulations! Your account is now set up to start making outbound calls to US numbers. You can also add more numbers if needed using the same steps as described above.
How to Make a Call with Transcript and AI Summary
Once you have set up your phone number(s), you can now make calls to US based phone numbers.
Start by clicking into a Contact to go to their Contact Profile.
Click "Make a Call" in the upper right hand corner of the contact's profile page.
You will get a flyout window where you can choose which phone number you would like to call if the contact has multiple phone numbers on the page. You can also decide which number to make the phone call from if you have multiple numbers added to your account. This is also the page where you can select whether or not you would like a transcript and AI Summary of the call once completes. Click "Call" once you are ready.
Once the call has been completed, you'll get a new flyout window where you can select a call outcome and add any notes that you'd like. Click "Save" and the note will be saved under the Activities tab of the contacts profile page.
To view the transcript and AI Summary, you will want to navigate to the contact's profile if you are not there already, click the Activities tab, and click "View Call" for the call in question. You will then be taken to that call's details page where you can see the transcript, any notes, as well as the AI Summary provided by WOLI
