Set up quotas for your salespersons to give them goals to go after and to easily track their KPIs.
To setup sales quotas select "Account" in the bottom left of your screen then "Account Settings"
From here select "Company" then from the company screen select "Individual Quotas"
Once the quotas dashboard has been opened hover over the designated sales person and select "Edit"
This will open a pop-out window where you can edit and set monetary as well as activity goals.
These quotas will show up under the individuals sales dashboard found under the "Sales" tab then select "Sales Team"
