How do Companies in ConnectWise sync into GlassHive?
How do Companies in ConnectWise sync into GlassHive?

Companies will sync into GlassHive based on the "Company Types" selected during the ConnectWise Integration Setting . Also, lists will be created based on the Company types selected. Lists only get created if contacts exist, that is why it is important that you also select "Contact Statues" . If you do not select a "Contact Status" only companies with the selected "Company Type" will sync. 

The following items will sync into GlassHive :

  • Contact Info - Company Address, Website, Email Address, Phone Number and Number of Employees

  • Social Media - LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter (Click on social media icon in order to view accounts)

  • Company type

  • Company ID ( Hoover over icon in order to view Company ID , Click on Icon to view company in ConnectWise)
