When you invite Users, you have the ability to set their Role to one of four options. Here is a description of each Role.

Super Admin

The Super Admin can do anything in GlassHive. This includes looking at, creating, editing, and deleting any record in your Account. Super Admins only have one limitation in GlassHive. Contacts cannot be assigned to Super Admins.

Sales Admin

Sales Admins are exactly like Super Admin, with one exception. Contacts can be assigned to Sales Admins.

Marketer

Marketers can only view the Marketing analytics in GlassHive. They will not be able to view Sales analytics.

Marketers have the following restrictions:

  • Updating Account information

Salesperson

Salespeople can only view the Sales analytics in GlassHive. They will not be able to view Marketing analytics.

Salespeople they have the following restrictions:

  • Updating Account information

  • Deleting Contacts, Companies, and Lists

  • Reassigning Contacts

  • They can only see Pipeline and Leads pages for the Contacts assigned to them
