User Roles

What Users can and can't do in GlassHive.

When you invite Users, you have the ability to set their Role to one of three options. Here is a description of each Role.

Admin

  • An Admin can do anything in GlassHive. This includes viewing, creating, editing, and deleting practically any record in this account. The only limit is that since an Admin is not a Salesperson, they cannot be assigned Contacts.

Salesperson

  • Salespeople are limited to the view of Sales. They will not be able to view Marketing analytics.

Salespeople have the following restrictions:

  • Updating Account information

  • Deleting Contacts, Companies, and Lists

  • Reassigning Contacts

  • They can only see Pipeline and Leads pages for the Contacts assigned to them

Marketer

  • Marketers are limited to the view of Marketing. They will not be able to view Sales analytics.

Marketers have the following restrictions:

  • Updating Account information
