Sales Collaboration

Written by Christian Martin

Partner QLs

  • Your GlassHive Vendor account allows you to collaborate with your partners on nurturing leads and closing deals. This article will outline the ways you can do sales collaboration with your Partners.

  • To get to the Partner QLs (Qualified Leads) page first click on the Nav button.

  • Then, from the menu that appears, select "Partner QLs".

  • From this page, you will see a table of contacts that allows you to work leads right alongside your Partners in different ways.

  • If you're looking for more granular visibility such as leads for specific Partners or leads that are assigned to specific Users, you can use filters to gain this visibility. Click here to learn more about: Filters & Views

  • If you would like to have the settings on the table be the default, they will save automatically on the Main View.

  • If you would like to make a number of different set ups that you can toggle back and forth between, you can add Views. To add a View, click the "Add View" button.

  • A widget to customize your View settings will pop up to the right.

  • Name your view and specify how you would like it set up.

  • Once you have your lead table(s) set up the way you want them, you'll be able to efficiently work on the leads that need your focus. You can go right into the contact's profile (in the Partner's GlassHive account) from the lead table(s).

  • From the contact profile, you can view activities, and even perform activities to collaborate directly in the sale process with your Partners.

  • Although the contact profiles give you the most granular view of a lead's sales experience, you don't always have to leave the lead table(s) in your Vendor account to get the information you need.

  • For example, you can view activities/engagement by clicking the activities button for the respective contact you're wanting to view.

  • The widget that pops up to the right will give you a high-level overview of activities/engagement, and you can even log activities right from here.

  • You can also help with sales management by assigning leads to the salespeople in your Partner's accounts.

  • You can also assign users with your Vendor account to leads so that you can have visibility of who is responsible for collaborating with Partners, on what leads.

  • If you would like to make edits to the contact's information, you can do so inline, or you can pull up all the editable fields by hovering over the contact and then expanding the dropdown menu that pops up to the left.

  • From that menu, you click the edit option.

  • Edit contact fields in the widget that pops up to the right.

  • If you would like to export all these leads into an excel file, you can select all the contacts, which will then bring up the option to "Export".
