Schedule Partner Performance Reports

You can schedule periodic Reports to automatically be delivered via email.

The type of reports you can schedule are:

  1. Top Partners Report - Find out who your top partners are from a variety of metrics.

  2. Partner QLs (Qualified Leads) Report - See the leads your partners have generated and which partner is the best.

  3. Partner Campaigns Report - Get a high level overview of how your partners are performing using your campaign templates.

  4. Partner Resources Report - See the resources your partners have used.

  5. Registered Deals Report - Learn which partners have been registering deals with you and how much revenue you've generated.

  6. Usage Report - See how often partners are using GlassHive for success.

Follow the instructions below to schedule Reports.

  • First, click on the menu icon.

  • From the menu, select "Scheduled Reports".

  • From the Scheduled Reports page, click the "Schedule a Report" button.

  • Select the type of Report you want to schedule.

  • Select the frequency in which you want to receive the Report.

  • Select which format(s) you'd like to receive the Report in.

  • Add emails that you want to receive this Report.

  • Once you're satisfied with all your settings, click the "Schedule button"

Set Partner Reporting Data Preferences

  • You can decide if you would like to see meetings, leads, and opportunities from your Partners for only data tied to engagement or revenue your Vendor resources have produced for them, or all of the meetings, leads, and opportunities that are being produced in the Partner's accounts, regardless of their origin.

  • To edit your Vendor account's Data Preferences, first click on your profile icon to bring up the Account menu.

  • From the Account menu, select "Account Settings".

  • Then, click "Company".

  • From this page, select "Data Preferences".

  • Select your Data visibility Preferences from here.

  • This data will reflect across a few different places in your Vendor account.

  • Click the Nav bar menu button.

  • Select "Dashboard".

  • From here, you can see the meetings logging in Partner's accounts.

  • From the menu, select "Partner QLs".

  • From this page, Partner's leads will show reflecting your data preferences.

  • From the menu, select "Reports".

  • On the reports page, the meetings that reflect will show depending on your data preferences.
