The Forms Integration is used to capture form submissions from your website. As users submit information on connected forms, GlassHive's script grabs that information and automatically adds it to GlassHive.

GlassHive will try to match new information to existing Contacts by email address to avoid duplicate entries. If it can't find one, it'll scrub the internet to gather as much data as it can and create Contact and Company records for you.

Only Super Admin, Sales Admin, and Marketer roles will receive a notification when a form is submitted.
