Once content has been added, built, and or created within your library under the "Partner Resources" Tab within your vendor account view, you will be able to publish them, which allows your partners to now have access to your content within their instance. All that's left is to create a marketing plan that will enable you to take your content and organize it in a timeline of your choice. Typically with the white-glove service, we arrange campaigns to go out on a weekly basis; once that is complete, we can now publish the marketing plan, which allows your partner to select the marketing plan in their instance. All that's left to do is select the marketing plan within the partner's instance, choose a start date, review that your campaigns are linked to the correct assets, and send.
Here is an example of building a marketing plan within a partner instance:
Marketing Plans are used to segment a collection of campaigns to make it easier to manage your various marketing initiatives. Whether it be by quarter or by topic, using a marketing plan makes the scheduling of multiple campaigns much more manageable.
Click on the "Automation" icon
Click on "Marketing Plans."
Click on the "Create Plan" button
Create a name for your Marketing Plan and a description that helps you identify the types
Hover your mouse over a date. Then click on the "+" sign
Select the type of campaign you want to send out and the type of testing, then Click on "Next."
In this step, you will need to create a name for your campaign, the subject line for your email, input the sender information, select lists you want to send the campaign to, and build your campaign from scratch or choose a template to work from. Once all the fields are completed, click on Save and Continue. Decide whether you would like to send the email "Now" or "Schedule" for a later day/time. You will then be able to see the campaign under your calendar.
