The TD SYNNEX integration with GlassHive enables users to seamlessly access real-time product availability and quantity information for equipment sold by TD SYNNEX. This data can then be easily incorporated into opportunities or quotes, streamlining the sales process.
To begin select "Account" > "Account Settings" > "Integrations".
Once you're on the integration page scroll to the very bottom and select "Connect" on the TD SYNNEX integration.
Once connected you will then be able to add products to opportunities and quotes.
Adding Products to an Opportunity
To add a product to your opportunity you will first need to create an opportunity, inside the opportunity editor under Opportunity Amount select "Itemized Entry".

Select "Add a Solution" then select the Distributor
You can then add any of the available products to your opportunity, you can also choose to use the MSRP price of the products or edit it within the opportunity.
Adding Products to a Quote
To add products to a quote you will first need to create a document with a quote enclosed. Inside the quote builder select "Add a Solution" and then select "Distributor".
