Customizing A Contact's Profile

Customizing the profile of a contact allows the user to customize the way the contact information is displayed as well as being able to pin notes in order to easier access important information.

  • To begin select the "Contacts" tab > "All Contacts" > then select a contact.

  • Once a contact has been selected this will open the contacts profile. From here if you look to the right of your screen you will see an "Edit" button.

  • Once you enter the "Edit" section you will see a list of options ahead of you:

  • Contact Details

In the Details section, you can edit the following information:

  • First and last name

  • Email address

  • Contact status

  • Initial lead score

Use this section to ensure the core contact information is correct.

  • About This Contact

  • The About This Contact section allows you to update:

    • Phone number

    • Physical address

  • This information helps keep communication and location details accurate.

  • Social Media

  • In the Social Media section, you can add links to the contact’s social profiles.
    This is useful for sales, marketing, and relationship-building activities.

  • Additional Information

  • The Additional Information section allows you to:

    • Add the contact to one or more lists

  • Lists help you organize and segment contacts for outreach and automation.

  • Update Custom Fields

  • The Custom Fields section lets you:

    • Add or update any additional information specific to your business needs

  • Use custom fields to track details that aren’t covered in the standard profile sections.

  • Another available customization is the ability to pin activity notes to a contact’s profile. From the contact’s dashboard, you can pin important notes using the Pin option located on the right side of the activity, ensuring they remain visible at the top of the Notes section.
