In GlassHive, you're able to schedule, edit, unschedule, and delete marketing emails all in one place. You can view every scheduled email — not just campaigns — and see which ones are set to send through bulk actions or to individual contacts under “Contacts.” This applies only to scheduled marketing emails, not one-to-one emails.

For example, if you've scheduled an IT best practices newsletter and want to make final edits before it goes out, you can easily find it in Scheduled Emails, unschedule it, make your changes, and reschedule without rebuilding the campaign.

  • Go to the "Marketing" icon on the left side

  • Click on "Email Marketing" then "Scheduled Emails"

  • Hover over the campaign you want to make changes and click the down arrow. You will see on the left side, the options to: unschedule campaign, edit, duplicate or delete.

Note: If you want to edit the campaign, you'll have to unschedule the email first.
