To set up Custom Activities, start by selecting "Account".
Next, select "Account Settings."
Once you're in Account Settings, scroll down and select "Custom Activity Types."
From here, you can add custom activity types by selecting "Add Custom Activity Type."
Once your Activity has been created, click "Add Custom Activity Type" for it to be saved and appear on contact profiles for use as well as reports.
