    Use this section to reference best practices for scheduling email campaigns. It highlights the optimal days and times for sending emails based on global user activity.

  • Sales Activities Benchmarks:
    The Social Analytics tool provides benchmarks on:

    • Emails Per Month: Shows how many emails have been sent by top-performing salespeople, including one-off emails, email campaigns, and automated journeys.

    • Calls Per Month: Displays how many calls the best-in-class salespeople are making on the platform. For example, top performers have logged over 1,000 calls in a single month.

  • Sales Pipeline Insights:
    You can view insights on how many sales activities it typically takes to progress through the sales pipeline, such as:

    • Calls to Meetings: See how many calls are needed on average to secure a meeting.

    • Meetings to Opportunities: Track how many meetings it takes to turn a contact into a sales opportunity.

  • Opportunities and Wins:

  • Best Days to Close Deals:
    This provides data on the most successful days for closing deals. Generally, Tuesday through Thursday offers a higher success rate, with Monday and Friday showing a slight drop-off while Saturdays and Sundays are the least likely days to close deals.
