The Accounts tab allows users to segment active accounts/customers into a specific view within GlassHive. This plays a crucial role in managing and tracking client relationships, providing key functions for businesses that want to efficiently organize their sales, marketing, and customer data.

A company must be marked as an account to appear under the Account view. Click the following to learn how to mark companies as accounts.

  • To access the accounts tab, select the contacts category from the Nav bar, then select "Accounts".

  • This view will allow you to see all accounts/clients within your GlassHive account, any accounts assigned explicitly to a salesperson/account manager, and any unassigned accounts.

  • Within these views, you can add fields such as account managers, contracts start date, and end date, as well as custom fields to help you add additional information to accounts as necessary.
