Benefits of collateral templates Included with Subscription and shared Builds
Templates are easy to use, create consistency across your collateral library, and let you create eye-catching and professional content with just a few clicks. These templates act as supplemental information for sending out to your potential leads. It's a great way to provide educational information that the end-user finds valuable.
Having access to these templates also saves your team hours of designing and writing content. That means you don't have to start from scratch every time you want to create new content. You can easily create duplicate copies of the pre-existing collateral already in GlassHive, such as ebooks and whitepapers, as a starting point.
All in all, collateral templates save your sales and marketing team time and adds efficiency.
How to use the collateral templates included with subscription or shared builds
From the Design Studio select the "Collateral" category.
This will then prompt you to pick the topic of the Collateral you would would like to use by choosing from one of our Popular Categories or by selecting Browse our Library
One a category is selected and you find a template you would like to leverage. Simply click on the piece of collateral and it will begin to brand as well as open the collateral builder.
From here you can edit any of the text elements, images, logos, fonts, shapes and more...
Once all your editing is completed make sure to hit "SAVE"
NOTE Before proceeding to the next step make sure all edits are final, once the asset it rendered via the "Post to Collaterals" button it is not editable. However this does not mean you cannot make any changes to the build itself.
After saving you can now select "Post to Collaterals" this will take your build and render it as a PDF document available for download or to attach as a marketing asset.
NOTE After rendering an asset you will have a templated version saved in your Collateral Builds and a rendered PDF saved under your files.
Upon completion of rending you will get the following notification.
Select "View" this will take you to the "Files" category inside of GlassHive where you can view all of your rendered collaterals.
Now that the collateral has been rendered you can now utilize it as a marketing or sales asset in emails, landing pages, etc...
