Chances are they won't be intrigued to respond if the message is just like any other email that comes through their inbox. So what can you do? Adding personalization to subject lines

  1. When creating a new campaign, the settings window will pop up and will allow you to insert personalization in the subject lines.


  2. There you will see a series of options such as: "First Name, Last Name, Full Name and Email".

  3. If you click on the emoji icon, you will see a variety of emojis you can also add to the subject line.


    Heres an example of personalization with an emoji being used in the subject lines:




Adding personalization to graphical and plain text emails

  1. When you're in the campaign builder, either for graphical or plain, click on a text field.


  2. Click on "Insert" in the text toolbar.


    **On Graphical Email Builder the "Insert" button is located on the far right:


  3. There you will see a series of options such as: "First Name, Last Name, Email, etc".


  4. Click on whichever option you want to use and it should insert the option you selected on the text in between brackets "[ ]".

    **It is important to note that you can choose to write the command yourself, but you must keep the case sensitivity the same otherwise it will not work once the email is sent out.**



  5. Lastly, should you chose to click on the "Send Test Email" button, you can preview your email before it is sent out.

It is important that you use your own email to send yourself a preview to ensure everything is correct before it is scheduled and sent out.



**Please note that the inserted command will appear as shown on the preview. At first, it may seem as though the command isn't working since it didn't replace the [First Name] with the contacts name. This is normal on test emails and will populate the contacts information once you actually schedule or send the email.
