Keep your account secure by enabling two-factor authentication

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your GlassHive account—because one password just isn’t enough these days! With MFA, you’ll verify your identity with something you know (your password) and something you have (like a code from your phone). That means even if sneaky cyber gremlins get your password, they’re out of luck! Stay secure, stay stress-free, and keep buzzing with confidence. 🐝✨

These are the countries that currently support this feature. If you don't see yours here, please reach out to GlassHive Support for assistance:

  • To access the settings for Two-Factor Authentication, you'll want to go to Account > My Profile > Two-Factor Auth as shown below

  • You'll then want to toggle Two-Factor Authentication on.

  • A fly-out window will appear on the right side where you can select your country code and enter your phone number.

  • After entering a valid number, hit the "Send Verification Code" button at the bottom.

  • You'll then be able to enter the verification code that you received via SMS - this may take a few minutes to receive.

  • If you haven't received the code after 20 minutes, click "Resend Code". If you don't receive that code either after an additional 20 minutes, contact GlassHive Support

  • Once the code is entered, click "Verify".

  • And that's it! You have now enabled Two-Factor Authentication. You will receive an authentication code at the number provided every time you log in to GlassHive

  • If your number ever changes, you can edit it by clicking the pencil icon located to the right of the current phone number
